Payment Policy
1. Accepted Payment Methods
At United Pak Wears, we offer multiple secure payment options to facilitate seamless transactions for our global customers. We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Wire Transfers (International & Local)
- Letter of Credit (L/C) (For bulk orders)
- Western Union & MoneyGram
- PayPal (For selected regions)
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Cryptocurrency Payments (Available upon request)
2. Payment Terms
- For Standard Orders: A 50% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation, and the remaining 50% is due before shipment.
- For Bulk/Custom Orders: Payment terms will be negotiated based on the order volume, production time, and buyer-seller agreement.
- For Private Label Manufacturing: A detailed contract with agreed-upon payment milestones will be established before production begins.
3. Currency & Exchange Rates
- We accept payments in USD, EUR, GBP, and PKR.
- Exchange rates are subject to fluctuations, and customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by their banks or payment providers.
4. Taxes & Duties
- Prices do not include import duties, taxes, or customs charges. Buyers are responsible for any applicable fees imposed by their country’s regulations.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on import charges.
5. Order Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment with a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a processing fee, depending on the production stage.
- Custom and bulk orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
6. Payment Security
- We use secure payment gateways and encryption protocols to protect all transactions.
- United Pak Wears never stores payment details, ensuring complete privacy and security.
